I have never tried freezing it before. <br /><br />My only concern is the frosting. I'm not sure how it would do in the thawing out process....I'm guessing you'd have to thaw it out in the fridge before serving, as the recipe calls for it to be stored in the fridge.<br /><br />Another option is to just make the brownie part ahead of time and freeze that.
