SOLD....almost

Yesterday our realtors had an open house and now our home is SOLD!! (well almost......we signed an offer conditional to financing and a home inspection, but is pretty much a done deal!)

The couple that bought our home are renting right now and want to move in right away. Which is prefect since the current owners of our new home want to move ASAP. They have been carrying two mortgages for a few months now......this all means that we will be moving in the last week of February! Less than 30 days from now! Yikes!! I guess it's time to start packing.....

I'm kinda scared to discover how much we have actually accumulated in this house the past 6 years:)
