Today I spent part of the day going through our digital pictures picking out some of them to print for my son's baby book.
How old is he, you ask? Um..... Well he's 5.
What's that you say? You think I'm a little behind?! Sigh....I know, but I'm getting there!
:)
Anyways, I came across these pictures and started giggling...
Our son is three here. He had been coloring at the kitchen table while Chris and I were in the other room with our daughter. I remember him coming in proudly to show us his "Indian face." (He was really into PeterPan at the time and wanted to be just like the Indians in the movie.)
His cheeks, nose and chin were covered with green and red markers.
"Sweetie" I said "We don't color on ourselves. Markers belong on the paper." (Insert whatever tone of voice you think may be appropriate. Ahem.)
My wonderful husband graciously offered to help him. I though by 'help' he meant he was going to go help him wash it off.
Nope.
My creative husband decided to help him by doing this:
"There" hubby said "Now you really look like you could be in Peter Pan!"
Thanks Honey!
