Huge Gasp......"LOOK GUYS THERE'S SNOW ON ALL THE CARS, AND ON ALL THE ROOFS, AND EVEN ON THE GROUND!!"
How is it through the eyes of a child everything is seen as a new blessing? All I can see is how I'll have to bundle up the kids and scrape off the van. It's nice to be reminded that even a snowy day can be really exciting.....(even though it was +20 degrees Celsius yesterday!)
I guess the old saying for our city "If you don't like the weather here just wait 20mins" still rings true!!
**On another really cool note: The kids and I went to the mall today. I had purchased our daughter's Halloween costume a few weeks ago at the $24.00 full price. I brought it in today to see if they would give me the sale price, as they are now 50% off.....they did.....but the costume came up as only $7.00!! Woohoo!! This excites me. I was able to get her a really cute pair of jeans and still get a $7.50 credit....
I know, I know, this might not be the most exciting thing that has ever happened on the face of this earth, but getting bargains brings me great joy!**
