Getting ready!

So, they turned down our offer.....:(

We have decided to try and get the house ready for sale anyway. The one good thing is that right now there is no pressure, or feeling of being rushed. We can list when we feel ready:)

We have things happening all week- siding for the garage, carpet stretching, carpet cleaning, and of course I'm still trying to update the decor, to stage our home nicely. I think that our home will be ready to list by the beginning of next week. We will have our realtors come over this weekend to give us some final ideas on what else we'll need to do to prepare, as well as set a firm selling price.

Yikes! I'm excited to get it all done, and hopefully be settled into our new home by the time we welcome the new baby!
