Here's what's happening in my kitchen this week:
Monday: Turkey Pot Pie (my dad surprised us this week by cooking a big turkey dinner today (Sunday), so I'm hoping there will be lots of leftovers for us to steal :)
Tuesday:Pioneer Woman's Favorite Sandwich
Wednesday: Ham Casserole
Thursday: Pan Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and salad
Friday: Spicy Honey Chicken - Yikes! This is now the third week I've had this meal on my menu and haven't made it- I am so excited to though, we've just been dealing with being sick so I'm hoping this week I will finally be able to get this one made. Doesn't it look SO delicious?!)
Saturday: Date night at home... not sure yet what I'll make for my love :-)
Sunday: Chicken Fajitas (I hope to use the leftovers from friday night)

ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful day in Vegas. I hope that the weather is nice in your neck of the woods.
What a wonderful looking menu. That honey chicken looks fantastic, I'll be trying that one. Some weeks are just not as easy...we've been dealing with sickness here lately too so my menu has suffered as well.
ReplyDeleteI frequently have a meal that stays on the menu for several weeks. It all looks so yummy!
