D-D-D-D-D- Dora....


Today is our big girl's 2nd birthday!
I thought I'd quickly show you guys how her 'Dora' cake turned out.
(Thanks to Smiling Mom for the inspiration!)

Ok, now off to finish cleaning the house :)

    Great job on the cake! is it a cupcake, cake?
    my goal is always to make my kid's b-day cakes too...it's so much fun and challenging for me! have a great weekend.

    I have wonderful memories of the cakes my mom made for our birthdays when we were little, and I really enjoy doing the same thing for my little crew.

    It does look like it could be a cupcake cake! But, nope-I just made a 9x13 cake and then cut out Dora's face, using a template I printed off the web. I used the cupcakes at the top to spell out her name.
